There seem to be a lot of these kinds of plants featuring on lots of cookery programmes at the moment. Master chef et al. Chefs seem to really be going crazy for wild and foraged and weedy plants. Rediscovering 'lost' food. My mother in law was always picking weird stuff when we visited her in Cyprus, stuff you'd usually ignore as you passed it, but wow, did she make it into extraordinairy and delicious food! Love that people are interested in them and are growing the weird and wonderful and also tasty
