Hello my Tarragon has come back and although smelling lovely looks a bit sorry for itself with the soil being somewhat neglected should i add a top coat of new compost on the top and maybe a little feed of fertlizer although I know you are not supposed to feed herbs

I'd go with the top dressing of compost first then give it a little while.

Thanks will definitely try this with tarragon and my old rosemary and my other old veg such as leeks which grow back year after yearComment
