  • Thyme in the bath

I have read that you can use thyme in the bath for aching muscles?

Just pick some thyme, put it in a pan of water, bring to the boil then simmer for 10 minutes. Then strain and add the water to your bath.

    Has anyone tried this.
I hope to try this this weekend when i know my muscles are gonna be aching after working in the garden.

I just dont want to end up smelling like something my Oh wants to eat hahhaha

I haven't tried thyme but I keep a small bottle of lavender oil in the bathroom for the same purpose. Very soporific, a warm lavender bath!
