      Worth getting some more seed and having another shot at it ? (Aldi I think had a packet of several different types for £1.)

      If you do try again I usually chit mine first in a plastic box with damp kitchen roll paper inside in the airing-cupbord.

        Mine are in an unheated greenhouse and are just thinking about sprouting.

          v. impressed - I find it hard to know what my plants are thinking when they are quite old, never mind when they are transforming themselves from seeds. :-)

            you must become one with the greenhouse, grasshopper...

            (they are just splitting and throwing out what might think about being a root)
