If youre interested in roses Norfolk Grey. I have two that stand out as flowering throughout summer and autumn.
Golden Showers which is yellow and Just Joey which is peach. Two beauties.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

Just Joey is fantastic. Their is a lady in the village that has one. It looks and smells fab. I am very jealous. I think next year I may have to invest in some nursery grown named roses. I have more than spent my allowance this year

Ohh, the last few years I've added a few roses to my garden. I was given a climbing rose for my birthday "city of York" it's a stunner and prolific.

The geraniums in the window boxes are still really looking good, although the ones in the tipubs have started flagging.

Yes, but if it's a big tree maybe a rambling rose would work better. Most climbers seem to give up at 10 feet or so.

The other flowers which are going crazy are my Jerusalem artichokes-they look stunning blowing about in the wind.
They must be at least 9ft high! ( the stems...not the flowers)
