leprosy !!! .... no only joking. I suspect it is just the rain & damp conditions that we have been getting recently.

Just keep an eye on it and if it starts to die back cut it off at ground level & give a good mulch & then cross everything

Plants never have perfect leaves Nosferato. I don't see anything dire there. Hope I'm right.

I think it's just the plant Nos,

The first picture is the only 1 flower were there more? if not thats your answer. If you have 5x the amount f flower they will be smaller also with all the rain we've had it's been cool & harder tfor the plants to flower as they need a bit of sun to harden them up, all this rain has made the growth soft so they look paler on the leaves. try giving it a bit of a feed and it will be fine I'm sure.

I was in my local garden centre last night and bought a great book on diseases and pests in the garden. This post stuck in my mind (sad I know ) and I looked up the clematis section and this does indeed describe your problems as 'Wilt'. It says that you need to cut the plant back to below ground level and burn all the greenery...sorry!
