  • Hydrangea plant

I bought my first hydrangea plant last year and its quite big, all the leaves on it have regrown but the flowers have not, should i have taken the heads off last year as the they look very dry.

Take last years flower heads off, just above the fist pair of leaves (immediately below the now-dead flower). Flowers for this year should come from the buds that have now "burst"

(Depends on what type of variety you have, but that should be it based on your description )
