Flowering plug plants.

I have some plug plants that are still quite teeny but are trying to flower. Should I be pinching the flowers out so they concentrate on growing roots instead??
(it seems like the right thing to do!!)

What varieties are they, and are they still in plugs or have you planted them out?

There are hardy fuschias and dwarf buddleia. I potted them on into 3 and 5in pots (as most are going in tubs eventually anyways). TBH I let one flower develop just coz I lost all the labels!!!(always tie staging shelves to the frame in case you catch them with your elbow and send everything flying!!whoops...)
