Dead begonia

I was given one of those flowering begonias last Sept, and it's been going strong all winter on my kitchen windowsill. Yesterday I noticed it was alive with greenfly, so I stood it outside to treat with washing up liquid.
Problem was, I then had an unexpected visitor, and forgot all about it. The whole plant is a load of mush now after the frost last night. The greenfly are probably still alive .

I think a trip to the garden centre is urgently needed to ward off a potential depression!!!!!..go on..it's cheered you up all winter- better value than a few bunches of flowers!
go on.....buy something for the Spring/Summer!!

I'm hoping for something tomorrow , I made some pointed remarks. DD and JD have gone to Canterbury, but OH has been watching rugby all afternoon, so nothing from him again
They always ask what I want for a pressie, then give me money to buy my own. Wouldn't it be nice if they'd just surprise me?

oopppss...I'd forgotten it's Mother's Day tomorrow ( thanks for reminding me!!) as it's on another day over here I recall.
