Non flowering Canterbury Bells

All mine are and they look wonderful but I am confused as they are one colour, purple blue. The seed packet shows the plant with multiple colours. Do you dead head them ?

I leave mine to self seed.

I suppose it depends on if you want it to continue flowering?
