I grow flowers in our front border mainly to keep the wife happy.
I am a veg grower and to me flowers are compost material.
When the kids where at home I tried growing sweet corn intermingled with the flower border.
This brought universal distain and veg was banned from the border.

    Anyway I digress ...

I grow alyssum in the border. I the past few years I noticed that they grow huge and take over the border. In the past I remember them as small mounds of white. Am I using rouge seeds ??

    Thanks Jimmy

Whose seeds were they, I have had a few odd things where clearly seeds have been either mixed or put in the wrong packet.

I think they were Wilko seeds.
They grew to a bush about 18 inch across and swamped the other plants.
I pulled them out and the border looks much better, well as far as flowers can.
