  • What is this?

    Found this plant in my border. Must have bought it at some point but can’t remember what it is. Any ideas ? Not the hebe the other one.

    Could be a Caryopteris, bit hard to tell.

      I'm pretty sure it's fat hen.
      The leaves might look a bit narrower than what you are used to seeing, but there a several different sub-types, and some have wider and others narrower leaves.

        Think you might be right with caryopteris. Rings a vague bell. Will see when the flowers develop a bit more. I did have lots of fat hen in my front garden from a delivery of topsoi.l. Don’t think it’s that but will keep an eye on it. Thanks

            Has now flowered - blue/purple colour. Will send a picture.
