  • When do I plant out foxgloves?

I’ve over wintered a dozen plugs, and now they’re in the polytunnel
Bursting out of 4” square pots. When can I plant them in the garden?

          ASAP after it has rained.

Foxgloves are almost a weed down here in west Cornwall. (A nice weed - we only clear it from beds where we want to grow stuff). It self-seeds and they are all popping up all over now so probably a good time to get it out.
I live in a part of the UK with very mild winters. Please take this into account before thinking "if he is sowing those now...."

Weeds here too - I've been pulling some up today. I'm sure they'll be fine to plant out whenever you're ready.

They are extremely hardy. Plant them out whenever the snow isn't too deep...
