Feather pecking

Help please I have 4 hens in a moveable chicken tractor. They have layers mix consisting of pellets, wheat, sunflower seeds, and kibbled corn. Plus a dose of multi-vitamins every day (on the advice of the local merchant). All 4 hens have stubbly backs. What can I do? I cannot separate them.

Usually the bullying hen is intact?
Have you checked for lice?
How long have they been like this?....it's not the start of their moult is it?

I think you need to ask loads of questions...

Is it all of them?
Have you checked for lice?
How old are they?
How long have they been together and when did the baldness start?
Is it just on their backs?
How often are they let out of their tractor, for how long and if not how big is it?
Do you have anything interesting that they can peck instead, mirrors, bunches of greens etc?
