Hi
We pulled on our anoraks went chook spotting
yesterday to a place in Yarnton just north of Oxford. They were called Oxford Poultry.
They had a really nice set up with lots of space for the hens and some large ark type housing. The hens, mostly hybrids seemed nicely active and inquisitive, and the lady there was very helpful. In fact it looked a bit like chicken heven after some places we've been.
So we're thinking of getting our first girls from there.
Just a quick ask to see if anyone has delt with them in the past?
And if there are any recommendations?
Thier web site is www.oxfordpoultry.co.uk
Thanks again
David
C-Day in 3 weeks.....hopefully!

They say it's so you don't take desease to their hens but I'm not so sure. I like to see and choose for myself. I've just looked at Oxford. It's a way to go for me but hens are half the price than around here so it might be worth the drive.
