9 months ago Hinge was sadly killed on the lawn by a fox meaning Brackett had to go to live at my friends' house.....apart from the fact she goes mental every time she sees their fox coloured corgi, she hasn't laid an egg since.....today Pauline showed up with three of her eggs in a box for me...bless her, it quite brought a tear to my eye to hear she's recovering a bit of form.

thats a long time to go without laying,taking pellets under false pretences,glad she has the hang of it now,were the eggs worth the wait?of any good size?my blackrock didnt lay going thru the moult @6mtyhs old,but her eggs are now what you would call extra large,must bring tears to her eyes each time...
