New Girls have arrived !

Went to pick up the new chooks today, so much choice . I got them from the Domestic Fowl Trust at Honeybourne in Worcestershire, a bit pricey but well worth it. We now have 3 Black Rhodes, 1 Magpie, 1 Goldline and 1 Speckeldy.
Pics tomorrow I hope as it was too dark this evening.

Oooh, pics! Sounds like a lovely selection.

I found out in the last few days that neither of the supliers local to me will rhave black rocks in the near future. Leaning towards rangers now (we have a local agent for Meadowsweet Poultry) - a sort of warren I think- as they are super friendly and I want the grand-daughters to get to know them.
