I think it is a woodpigeon it has a purple chest and a white collar. I can see it better than the plant.

The bars at the bottom of the bird are wing bars , anyway, no idea what the bush is

Yes, top one is a woody bottom one a collared dove - I get both in my garden. The woodies are devils for breaking the bird tables! They're just too blimming heavy greedy beggars!
