Yes I did read that was the case....
I get the basic difference between a bush and cordon variety. But how do they tend to crop compared to each other?
Like are cordon more efficient in terms or fruit per square foot than bush?

I grow Sungold in the GH maybe to sweet for your tastes, at 5 trusses high I will get 100 plus cherry toms per plant.

My bush tomato's 'Tumbler' go outside in hanging baskets on a south facing wall again about 80-100 toms per plant.

I think cordons produce fruit over a period of time whereas bush varieties produce fruits at the same time.

I also have a bench on 1 side of my greenhouse, it has a lift off wood slat top so I can grow tall tom plants up through it.

Sometimes I leave the top on and plant lower growing toms underneath, and put chillis in pots on the top.
Depends how much light you get in your greenhouse whether this would work for you, or not.
