TH yes they will pot on OK. Good pic actually it shows the whiskers on the stem that will eventually become roots.

Auntie Flo, If you decide to give it a go check the water level in the bottle daily and keep it topped up to the rim otherwise the new roots will be in air and dry up and die back.
