    Make sure you label your plants properly or you will end up drowning in courgettes where you were expecting pumpkins. Wilkinson's sell labels cheaply or you can chop up milk bottles and use a permanent marker.

      This is the first year I have planted my toms in a pot (with the bottom cut off) and then placed into a grow bag. The plants seem much stronger and I'll deffo be doing it again next year!

          i have a tip that i found out this week, dont plant things too close together as they wont grow properly.
          i planted some of my onions quite close together and have ended up with really big 'spring' onions instead!
          They will still be eaten mind!
