    I have a fair few out of date seeds. This just means that some won't grow doesn't it? Not going to end up with dodgy plants

    Yup, germination might be lower than expected. No problem with any plants that do grow though.

      Try the germination test - put a few of them in kitchen roll, dampened, inside cling film or a plastic bag and leave somewhere warm.

      If they germinate then they are ok...if not then they aren't!
