I've just bought Lonicera Graham Thomas and Lonicera Belgica and I was hoping to plant them in large troughs so they can climb up my garden shed but I'm not sure if I have to plant them in a proper bed for them to be at their best. Any ideas please.

Good luck with them. They are very easy plants and Graham Thomas is deliciously fragrant.Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.
