    Sadly the test one I left in the water all day has started sucking up water and the resin is coming off so I think I'll give the wood hardener a go next!

      These may work out to be some rather expensive plant labels in the end but if it means I finally know the variety by the time I harvest it will be well worth it!

      I just hope I end up growing the same varieties season after season!
