  • Shed Window Perspex

I have removed old silicone sealant from round my Perspex shed glass and re-painted as black mold and fungus was starting to get into it. I initially made a thing layer around the inside frame for the glass to sit on, and sealed the outside too. I have replaced the glass with held it in place with small nails but not sure if its worth sealing again as it will only go the same way. A small amount of water is getting under the glass but not really leaking in. Can anyone advise the best way to move forward with this as I really can't decide as all sealants seem to end up moldy.
