Never eaten a mulberry...what are they like?

Tart, juicy, sweetish - incredibly moreish. I ate as many as I could reach. They stain unbelievably easily and don't travel well at all.

Espalier idea came from reading Ken Muir's site http://www.kenmuir.co.uk/image/data/...20Mulberry.pdf and it's mentioned on the RHS site too https://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/profile?PID=642. As soon as I have a garden I am doing this.
