    I'll let you know once we've got produce! Everything here is year one! We've got apple trees (maybe a couple more years for them) strawbs, rasps and will hopefully have melons and kiwis in the future.

    I suspect the rasps will be a favourite because I remember eating most of a pick-your-own farm as a child, but then I've never picked apples straight from the tree except for cooking ones - so don't know if I've been missing something spectacular.

      Apricots straight off the bush followed by the peaches followed by the melon pears followed by the water melons.
      Tomatoes just nipped off and eaten like an apple and a lemon apple cucumber in the pocket for later.

        Cannot answer this immediatly.
        Will have to go ask the blackbird population I have which they find the best.

          I'd say it's free wild blackberries. no cultivation required, just leave a section along the fence and you'll have more than you need
