Blueberry plant is losing its leaves.

I think I may have to burn it.
It doesn't seem to be recovering at all and there seems to be some blistering happening on the main stem.
I'm gutted as i've nurtured it from a little bush to its current size.
I have no idea why it has turned the way it has and what could have caused it.

At least I still have two other healthy blueberry plants left.
Hopefully, they won't suffer the same.

Well i think its officially dead.
Or at least going to be.

Whatever is the cause of this plants ailment, its getting worse and so i've decided to do the one thing that i hoped i wouldn't have to.
There has been no new growth of any kind, save the progressive browning off of each stem.
There also seems to be some kind of blistering, or what i describe as blistering, has shown up on a few other places along its stems.

I'll upload another photo for you as soon as so you can see what i mean.
