  • Loganberry runners

    Hi everyone,
This is my first time here, what a fantastic source of information.
I gave my friend some loganberry plants grown from runners, does anyone know if these will eventually be fruit bearing?
    Many thanks

Sorry I can’t help with your runners but instead I wanted to let you know we’re about to have a new server.

Have a read here for all the info.

They should give a small crop next year, and a better crop the year after.
Loganberries fruit on stems which grew the previous year, which then die after fruiting, to be replaced by new stems which grew from the roots that year, so it will never take more than a year for a loganberry to produce at least a small crop.
