Anyone Still Gather Wild Fruit?

I've just gathered a load of sweet chestnuts today - lovely they are. I know there are loads of recipes out there but I just like em as they are

WE picked 14lbs of sloes, rosehips, blackberries, haws and rowen, elderberries the otherweek, now sitting in my cupbard as a range of jams jelies cordials and liquears! I love picking stuff and making it into stuff you cant buy!

Unfortunately when We made rosehip jelly I put the jelly bag in the washing machine with my OH work shirts. Got a text saying "was this washed with the hip bag!"

Not a good look being a scratching teacher!!!
