allotment wanted Ambergate/Crich/Nether Heage areas

I have had my greenhouse up and running this year after claiming it off the husband. I planted a few bits in the garden buy my darling springer spaniels have so far eaten all my peas and made a start on my brocolli . Still love them but it have proven I cant have veg in the garden. I am amazed at the success I have had and would therefore love to be able to have a veg patch somewhere. I have tried Ripley and Crich Parich council but am not in their areas. I have left a message for belper but have heard there is a massive waitin glist there. I am therefore trying to find any private allotments in the area. I popped upto the cliff inn today as there are some near that but there are no signs and there was no-one around to ask about them. Anyone on here know of any?

Yes I am registered with them and got all excited as I had found some new allotments five miles away yesterday. Got an e-mail today to say the last one went last week! story of my life. I have a couple of names to contact locally and have been upto some nearby allotments today but hte rain must be keeping everyone away. I left a note in one of the greenhouses so hopefully someone will at least call me.
