Allotments in Stoke-on-Trent

Hi, Doe's anyone know who I need to contact about having my name put down for a local allotment? I know there are lots of sites around where I live but i'm not sure if they are council owned or not. My OH would like the patio back lol, he would like a little space to himself that doesn't contain pots or troughs (some people want far too much if you ask me) Any help will be gratefully appreciated, Thanks.

First step is the council, I googled 'Stoke on trent allotments' and this came up.

Someone more local might be able to help though.

Thanx. just had a look on the council website and there was a link to the North Staffs Allotment Network. Have sent an email requesting some info, hope they get back in touch, just hope theres not some 10 year waiting list

I would drive round to each site one Sunday moning and ask those working.

Thanx everyone,Thanx NOG took your advice and had a wander Sunday morning spoke to some really nice people. I had a very helpful email back from the North Staffs Allotment Network which included a phone no. for the allotments where i wanted to get on. Phoned this morning and am going to go and have a proper look on Sunday. Fingers crossed
