  • Plots in Portchester (Portsmouth)

    Hi all,

After contemplating a previous post about whether it was worth having a Lottie I want to take the plunge.

Can anyone advise about plots in my area?

    Thanks

      Thanks Nick,

Gosport isn't that far away but is a nightmare to get to. Probably about 20mins on a good day and when the traffic appears who knows.

I think there maybe a few by the castle but i imagine they will be very sought after but i will make a few enquirers.

Its all good fun and exciting whatever happens anyway

          Potchester allotments

          Hi Fezino,

Get in touch with Portsmouth City Council. I am sure they will be able to help you. Failing that Fareham but I am pretty certain Portchester would come under Portsmouth. You are definately out of the area for Gosport.

Portsmouth has some well maintained sites - you may find the lists are full so get on the waiting list quick. Come January when the bills roll in that is the time plotholders tend to give up.

Best of luck I hope you are successful.

          Regards Beryl.

              Thank you

Thank you for your kind words Nick.

Life is getting back to some sort of normality and I hope now to have more time to look in to see what you are all up to.

              Regards
              Beryl.

                Hi Fezinio,

This may be too late but I have just come across your post.

There are some allotments vacant in North Boarhunt. Only a couple of miles North of you.

                Cheers

                John

Great. Mine is at wickham road, behind sainsburys. Just off there now to treat the shed. [no not to an easter egg before anyone says]
