I saw this last July -

      Seen on Facebook:-

Are you interested in growing your own fruit and Veg? Now you have an ideal opportunity to do just that. If you live in Newport, there are allotments available at CaePerllan Road as part of the Newport City Council Streetscene. If you require any more information, message via Facebook group,"Newport City Allotments" or send an email to delbrooks.caeperllanallotments.........at.....outl ook.com

Do you have anywhere at home for them?
If they're on an allotment you need to be able to check on them daily, preferably twice daily. If you can't do that, its best to forget it.

Unfortunately my Garden is too small. I work part time in the Royal Gwent Hospital so I could easily attend twice a day if there was an Allotment that accepted Poultry somewhere near

None of the Newport Council allotment sites allow poultry.
You could try the allotments in Castleton, https://www.facebook.com/CastletonGrowYourOwn/
                    If they are still going.
Last i heard they were quite expensive for a years rent
