  • Clever adaptations.

I am intrigued by the weird and wonderful items lottie holders use as frames, supports.covers etc.
On our allotments we have a clothes whirly minus the washing line and a sunbed frame over which my neighbour has draped netting. I have a child's small folding frame for a swing(minus swing which when netted is fab for strawberries.)
I would love to hear of more.I just want some ideas I can copy.
    So come on,share.

Once dissembled a traditional folding clothes horse provides a number of frames (roughly 'n' shaped) which can be placed in the soil. The horizontal sections provide the perfect support for low level netting over strawberries, onions etc.

In addittion the cross struts make sturdy plant stakes.
