You are very efficient...and no-one is decrying that...but you have to accept that every Hon Sec isn't as efficient as you are. In fact i would go so far as say that you are the exception rather than the rule (ok Nic as well!!)

Our landlord is too kind.

Our site agent is suffering the bad effects of old age and does none of his functions. Our landlord is remembering all his previous good works and will or can not take the role away.
