Unwanted Advice - How do you deal with it?

I'm afraid I'm past caring about cleavage-ogling - as long as the old boys don't give themselves heart attacks!

They are definitely a shade sexist on our site, though. There were comments at the recent meeting about the former (very elderly) club secretary having been a bit too susceptible to a nice smile and letting plots to ladies - who might struggle to maintain their plot and thus need help from their menfolk...

Of course that's just made me even more determined to do it myself - and do a good job of it
