    Hi giley69 and welcome to the grapevine. Lots of work ahead but loads of good exercise and eventually, good food. Dock is good when you've nettled yourself (done it again today - will I ever learn - or wear gloves?)

      I'm in the beginners corner too, so won't offer any advice but just wanted to say 'hello' and point out that if you fancy the Andi Clevely book (which is lovely) I noticed recently that WHSmith have it heavily discounted at the mo.
