    Any chance of a cheeky link to some of that poly pipe that I'm seeing a lot of being used? I saw some in B&Q but it seemed quite dear at £25ish for 25 metres I think...

      Ok koky. Depends on the size you want to use. I use these:

      For bed hoops or cuboid cages:
      Conduit 20mm x 3m Black (60m) Pack of 20 | Plastic Conduit & Acc | Screwfix.com

      For heavier construction:
      MDPE Pipe 25mmx25m | Wickes.co.uk

          Great stuff! Never had thought about Screwfix, they look like exactly what I'm looking for, and minimal cutting too!

              And they bend really easy. You can either fasten to beds with pipe clips or push wooden dowels into the ground & slot the pipe over the top of them.
