I'm a newbie, but having got black fly on my mock orange and found a solution here, I thought I'd give it a whirl and see what I can glean about sorting out my rented garden and getting decent crops of veg without much space or expenditure... Knowledge me up :-)

They're late this year, very late. Both the fly and the blossom: mine's not opened yet.
