Hello, i'm karen from North Yorkshire. i only have a small yard but try & make it a tranquil & pleasant space.my 'allotment' consists of 5 growbags, but hey, small is beautiful i'm hoping to learn lots on your site.

Hello Karen and a very warm welcome to the vine from Jinny Cat & Me. I too garden in a small space with lot's of pots and 1 large raised bed. I tend to grow up and over with the help of arches, this is how I grew my runner beans & squash last year. I see your from North Yorkshire, if you could pop that in your profile it make's it much easier to give advice tailored to your area.

Hello and welcome to the vine Karen Up until last year I grew all my veg in pots and growbags andso long as you keep your veg well watered you'll get good results.

I am another local also from North Yorkshire (small world).
I also do all my growing in pots, containers, grow bags & troughs in my back decked patio/yard but hey it all works!.
This site is great, everyone is so nice & helpful & remember no question is a silly question if you do not know the answer!
