Hello and welcome to the vine Marmalade, I also have lots of pots what I garden in plus 1 raised bed, I find it very therapeutic working out what I'm going to plant in each pot.

so,a voice from the place of my youth..welcome,i know your area well and wish you luck with your gardening..quicktip(you may already be doing it)..grow your carrots in buckets..99p from B&Q..cheap growbag +some sharp sand..about 1/8th..stir together and sow ,keep buckets up on a higher level to stop carrotfly getting to them,and enjoy,you wont always succeed but its great when you do(make sure you have drainage holes in bucket)
