Hello from Argyll

Hello from sunny Argyll (well sunny sometimes I've recently retired at long last and am hoping to grow some veggies in containers. I have a large garden but with the bunnies (wild) and three mad Springer Spaniels I have decided containers are the order of the day Hoping to grow tatties, caulis, carrots in the containers and in the greenhouse Toms and Cucumbers - wish me luck. My garden is on a raised beach so is not really very good good for veggie growing. I'm also the Scottish Rep for a Springer Spaniel Rescue so with all the paperwork for that and the gardening I don't have time to go to work

Will probably be picking your brains when things go wrong.

Hi there! I too am in Argyll, on the Isle of Luing and on slate, so am growing in containers as well. I look forward to hearing how you get on.
