Another newbie saying hello

Hiya i am new to the forum i have wanted to grow my own veg for years but never had the time with kids etc so i have now decided it is time to do this i have bought seeds so we shall see how we get on....so hi to all hope to find some friends and lots of useful advice ..

hi alice yes i am a complete novice cannot tell the difference between plant and weed novice i have bought carrot,lettuce mixed,radish mixed from b&q 38p and packet and today i bought spring onion and tomato from aldi 29p a packet did not want to pay to much just incase i will attempt to grow at home i mainly wanted pots to grow in as my garden is just not big enough and hubby says i wont keep it up hence no space..lol we shall see on that one..lol

Good luck with your pots & containers - you should be able to grow plenty that way, that's how a lot of us got started! Your hubby will be eating his words, along with your fresh veg., you'll be hooked on growing veg before you know it! Don't be put off by making mistakes, it's the best way to learn
