My fella is already on here (whigger) and I thought it looked such a fab site, I'd join up myself!
Am quite new to proper gardening, but I love to get muddy and have bonfires. Hope to make some new friends here!

Hello Nessie - Shame you and the boss are so far North above the Arctic Circle!! It seems your-good-self, yer man, Shirley and I have things in common...

Shirley does the bread, veg and wine thing (she is slowly winning the war of attrition to convince me to get chooks too), and I have a similar love of all things obscure, dark and automotive (not the new crap that's on the roads). This is a brill forum - sooo friendly. It'll eat into your being - slowly, strategically - until you cannot get on w/o it!
