Can anyone recommend a kitchen compost bucket please? I need it to have preferably a snap on lid as I will have to walk a good mile or so, to empty into my allotment compost bin. Thanks for any advice

What about one of those kitchen caddies? How often are you going to take it - we fill a 'mini metal trash can' and a kitchen caddy sized container every 2-3 days.....

We use those tubs that you get bird feed in. The in-laws get through loads of em. They have a handle on too but the lids can be a bit rubbish after a few uses.

I've got a spare one that the council gave us. It's yours for an SAE (seriously: pm me)
