Mexican Cookery

Went out for a Mexican meal the other night which was lovely. Got me thinking, does anybody have a Mexican cookbook they can recommend as it would be nice to recreate some of the dishes at home. Had a look on Amazon and there were hundreds so thought I'd pick your brains as well. Thanks in advance.
