My son went to university in September. During one of the many parties he went to during Freshers' Week he was introduced to Baileys and Lime
He doesn't recommend it 'nuff said
I love B52's.. Kahlua, Bailys and Grand Marnier, You float the Bailys on top of the Kahlua, then you float the Grand Marnier on top of the Bailys...Yummy
If your really daring...you can light the Grand Marnier and drink through a straw, very quickly
Ollie I'm definitely making one of those! Reminds me of my lava lamp (original 60's model!)
Making it is one thing - drinking it is another. Vile.
My dearly departed Nan used to make her own Baileys every year at Christmas. I know it involved Camp coffee (not in the "who dear, me dear, no dear - how very dare you" sense).

OMG your dear Nan and I are on the same wavelength. I make it too. Better hurry up before the non google day tho. He can tell you how to do it.
I believe Morrisons have all the Bailey's including the flavoured ones at 10 litre bottle
great standby dessert.... affogato with a twist
vanilla ice cream
pour over shot of hot coffee(espresso or strong coffee)
and just for fun the pour over shot of Bailey's
its yum
I haven't Googled - but seem to remember ingredients including (along with Camp), whiskey, cream, sugar. Maybe that's it?
On the right track. In the recipe I used leave out the instant coffee granules
if you want Irish Cream type. Use caramel condensed milk if you like the toffee flavour.

Ooh, yeah - condensed milk! Nan never used coffee granules - it was the liquid stuff.
