Seeing Lumpy's rant re shingles just a reminder to those in their 70s that they can get a jab at their GP. I only found out about it accidentally.https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/vaccin...s-vaccination/

Was looking at Pernicious Anaemia Society's site, they say the current catch all once every three months B12 jab may now be every two months if necessary.

Good evening all,and a special one to santa,well done lad,it must have given you warm vibes inside,just hope you were not recognised,got 1 oh them twig trees with lights on,it brightens the room without being over festive,reduced from �50 TO �25,roll on new beds,i am so tired with very disturbed sleep,he cannot help it bless him,have a good evening and bgood2yrselves,

Good evening, a dull but dry day today and the constant cold wind blowing,nothing gardening wise done but did buy my bottle of wine for the New Year and it cost me �1.60, I just hope I get money back on the bottle at that price and going to be busy tomorrow going for the flu jag then up to the church for the coffee morning where its their christmas special, after that we will be going to watch two of our grandsons in their school pantomim, after that I hope I can stay awake while watching them after school, well enjoy your day tomorrow and dont go daft spending money.
