Roitelet, they're beautiful. Are they hand knit?

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

Maybe with a bit of time on my hands I will be able to contribute something to this thread. It will be either woodwork or metalwork related.
What a crafty lot you are.

You're a very talented lady Roitelet. I only ever learned to do socks on four needles and found them fairly difficult.

Two needles are really easy. Got the basic pattern of tinternet and then added the decoration.

When I was a kid I desperately wanted to learn how to knit but no one in my family could! So I'm still a non knitter and the cost of the yarns always put me off having a go.

Here are two I made a while ago as Christmas Stockings. Stripy socks, large size, with the decoration Swiss darned on then sparkly bits added.
